Does anybody know ways that will help you sleep longer? I just CANT sleep after going to bed late I wake up early ,in my opinion, and it makes me super tired TT ,TT

My eyesss. They hurt so much. Lesson of the day: Don’t draw in the dark especially when you are using black paper. Oh and two don’t use your phones flashlight as a light. Sigh. I’m tired and my eyes hurt. I haven’t drawn in paper in a while however I didn’t realise after 3-4 of solid drawing, is quite exhausting and also therapeutic. I just want to sleep for the entire day. Anyway I got two W.I.P’s that need finishing, One will be uploaded soon the other is only half done.
